RapidReply AI

Terms

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These terms describe the RapidReply AI website and pilot offer. They are a business template and should be reviewed before production launch.

Service

RapidReply AI helps home-service businesses respond to missed calls, website form leads, and inbound SMS inquiries, qualify leads, route summaries to staff, and report on recovered opportunities.

Pilot Scope

A paid pilot is limited to the scope listed in the applicable order form, proposal, or agreement. Work begins after payment, completed intake, required access, and approval of customer-facing messages.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate business information, service-area rules, emergency handoff rules, approved messaging, customer service delivery, and all access or routing permissions needed for the workflow.

AI And Automation

RapidReply AI may use automation and AI to classify, summarize, and draft responses. The client remains responsible for final service delivery, technician availability, pricing, diagnosis, scheduling commitments, and customer outcomes.

Messaging Terms

Where SMS is enabled, messages are intended for customer-care and lead-response conversations after a person contacts the business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Payments And Refunds

Fees, payment timing, and any pilot guarantee are defined in the signed order form or agreement. Setup fees are not refundable once implementation begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitations

RapidReply AI does not guarantee a specific number of booked jobs, final sales, ad performance, customer purchases, third-party platform uptime, or technician availability.
